The Sturup AI Operations Discovery is designed to understand how your organization works, where operational challenges exist, and where artificial intelligence and automation may create value.

Information submitted through this Discovery will be treated as confidential business information and used in connection with Sturup's assessment and consulting services for your organization.

What You Should Share

Please provide information about:

Your professional responsibilities
Business processes and workflows
Operational challenges
Tasks and follow-ups
General client service processes
Technology platforms and service providers
Information flow between systems
Repetitive or manual work
Areas where information is difficult to access
Opportunities where AI or automation could improve operations

Descriptions should focus on how the organization operates, rather than the underlying confidential records of individual clients.

What You Should NOT Share

Please do not enter:

Passwords
Authentication credentials
API keys or access tokens
Social Security numbers
Government identification numbers
Bank or financial account numbers
Credit or debit card information
Client account credentials
Detailed individual client financial information
Confidential documents containing unnecessary personal information
Information you are not authorized to disclose

When describing a client-related workflow, describe the process without identifying the individual client whenever possible.

Example

Preferred

"After a client meeting, I manually create follow-up tasks in our CRM."

Avoid

Including the client's name, account number, portfolio value, or other identifying financial information when that information is not necessary to explain the workflow.

Internal Use and Analysis

Responses may be reviewed together with responses from other participating executives in your organization to understand the broader operating model and identify opportunities for improvement.

Sturup may use AI-assisted tools as part of this analysis.

AI-generated observations or recommendations are subject to Sturup review and should not be considered independent financial, legal, compliance, or investment advice.

Participant Responsibility

By submitting the Discovery, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the business information included in your responses and that you have avoided intentionally providing sensitive information that is unnecessary for the assessment.

If you are unsure whether certain information should be included, describe the process at a higher level rather than providing the underlying confidential data.
