Sturup respects the privacy and confidentiality of the organizations and individuals participating in our AI Operations Discovery process.

This Privacy Notice explains how information submitted through the Sturup AI Operations Discovery platform is collected, used, stored, and handled.

Information We Collect

The Discovery may collect professional and organizational information such as:

  • Name, business email address, job title, and professional role
  • Responsibilities and recurring work activities
  • Operational challenges and workflow information
  • Task and follow-up management practices
  • Technology systems and service providers used by the organization
  • General descriptions of how information moves between systems
  • Opportunities for process improvement, automation, and artificial intelligence
  • Expectations regarding future operational improvements
The Discovery is designed to understand organizational operations and is not intended to collect personal financial information, client account information, authentication credentials, or other highly sensitive personal data.

How We Use the Information

Information collected through the Discovery may be used by Sturup to:

  • Understand the organization's current operating model
  • Identify operational challenges and information fragmentation
  • Prepare discovery interviews and workshops
  • Evaluate potential AI and automation opportunities
  • Identify potential technology and integration requirements
  • Develop recommendations, implementation strategies, and transformation roadmaps
  • Prepare related consulting deliverables and proposals

Information submitted by different participants within the same organization may be reviewed together to identify organizational patterns, differences, dependencies, and opportunities.

AI-Assisted Analysis

Sturup may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the analysis, organization, summarization, and interpretation of Discovery information for the purpose of providing consulting services to the participating organization.

AI-assisted analysis is used to support Sturup's consulting process and does not replace professional review or final decision-making.

Sturup will use reasonable efforts to limit information provided to AI systems to what is necessary for the applicable analysis.

Information Sharing

Discovery information is intended for use in connection with services provided by Sturup to the participating organization.

Sturup does not sell Discovery responses or participant information.

Information may be processed using technology service providers that support the operation, storage, security, analysis, or delivery of the Discovery service.

Data Access

Access to submitted Discovery information is limited to authorized Sturup personnel and authorized service providers as reasonably necessary to operate the platform and provide the related services.

Individual participants do not receive access through the Discovery platform to other participants' responses.

Data Retention

Discovery information may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to perform the applicable consulting engagement, maintain related business records, improve the resulting recommendations, and satisfy applicable legal or contractual requirements.

Where appropriate, an organization may request deletion of Discovery information, subject to applicable contractual, legal, regulatory, or record-retention requirements.

Security

Sturup uses reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information submitted through the Discovery platform from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

No electronic system can guarantee absolute security, and participants should avoid submitting information that is not required for the Discovery.

Your Responsibilities

Participants should provide information about business processes, workflows, responsibilities, systems, and operational challenges.

Participants should not submit:

  • Passwords or authentication credentials
  • API keys or security tokens
  • Social Security numbers or government identification numbers
  • Bank or financial account numbers
  • Credit or debit card information
  • Client account credentials
  • Detailed client financial information
  • Information that the participant is not authorized to disclose
  • Other highly sensitive personal or confidential information that is unnecessary for the Discovery
